What To Expect
Preparing for Your Session

Your session is designed to be both intentional and intuitive. To prepare, you are encouraged to arrive with an open mind and without expectations, allowing the experience to unfold in the way most appropriate for your healing. Each session is unique and guided by your individual needs.
Before your appointment, reflect on areas of your life where you seek understanding or clarity. You will be asked to create a list of questions to bring into the session. These can relate to your physical well-being, emotional patterns, relationships, life direction, or sense of purpose. No additional preparation is necessary. Please continue your daily routine as usual, including medications or supplements, and plan to dedicate the remainder of the day to rest and integration.
Sessions typically last four to five hours and begin with an in-depth discussion of your personal history and intentions. This allows for a clear and supportive framework before entering the experiential portion of the session. You will then be guided into a deeply relaxed and focused state of awareness—similar to the transitional state between wakefulness and sleep. This is a natural neurological state that the mind enters daily, making the process accessible and comfortable for most individuals.
From this state, your Higher Self directs the experience in a way that supports insight, understanding, and healing. Information may emerge from beyond linear time, offering perspective on recurring patterns, unresolved experiences, or deeper life themes. As awareness and understanding are gained, the body and nervous system are given the opportunity to release stored stress and energetic imprints.

What is QHHT?
QHHT is a very powerful tool that helps us to better understand our connection with that all-knowing part of ourselves that has been called the Subconscious (SC) or Higher Self. When we listen to this part of ourselves, we are able to hear the answers to all of our questions about our life, health, wellbeing, and our purpose. When we can gain this understanding, profound revelations and healing experiences may occur.

Can your subconscious mind heal you?
According to the philosophies of Dolores Cannon, the subconscious mind is the all-knowing aspect of our consciousness that holds the complete record of the soul’s experiences across time and lifetimes. It governs the body, emotions, beliefs, and energetic patterns, and communicates through sensation, intuition, and imagery rather than logic. When accessed in a relaxed, focused state, the subconscious can reveal the root causes of emotional or physical imbalances and release patterns that no longer serve the individual. By bringing awareness and understanding to these deeper levels of consciousness, healing occurs naturally as the body and mind realign with their original state of balance and wholeness.
